RBI Exam Pattern for Prelims Exam 

The first stage in the RBI selection process is the preliminary exam. The candidates who qualify for the Prelims exam can only appear for the Mains exam. Here is the pattern for RBI pattern for the Prelims exam. Check them out.

  • Numerical Ability – 35 questions 35 marks
  • Reasoning Ability – 35 questions 35 marks

Each section is of 20 minutes, making a total of 60 minutes.

  1. English, Numerical Ability, and Reasoning are of 30 minutes each.
  2. The candidate will be given 20 minutes for General Awareness.

RBI Assistant Marking Scheme 2024

  • Every correct answer will give you one mark.
  • The candidate will get -0.25 marks for an incorrect answer
  • For every unattempted question, you will get zero marks (no negative marking).

RBI Assistant Exam Pattern – Language Proficiency Test

The selection process for the RBI exam has three stages. The first stage is the prelims exam, the second is the mains, and the last is the Language Proficiency Test.

Candidates qualifying for the mains exam will have to appear in the Language Proficiency Test. If a candidate fails to clear the Language Proficiency Test [LPT], they will be disqualified for the same reason.
