Staff Selection Commission Combined Graduate Level Examination is a national-level exam to recruit eligible candidates for (SSC) for Group B and C (Gazette and non-Gazette) posts. SSC CGL 2023 brought a new exam pattern with registration beginning from 1st April 2023. The exam was conducted from 14–27 July 2023.


SSC CGL 2024 exam official notification will be released in December 2023. Till now, the SSC hasn’t announced official notification for the SSC CGL 2024 exam. It’s expected that the application form for the SSC CGL 2024 exam will begin in April 2024. The SSC CGL Tier 1 Exam might be in June -July 2024, and Tier 2 in October- November 2024. These are tentative dates and might change as per the official notification.

SSC CGL 2024 selection process takes place in four stages, which are described below-

Tier 1: The first phase of SSC CGL 2024 is Tier 1 which is compulsory for all and is a Computer Based Assessment (Qualifying in nature).

Tier 2: After qualifying in the Tier 1 exam students have to appear for the Tier 2 exam which is post specific.
